Return & Exchange Eligibility

We Accept Returns & Exchanges For:

  • Dog Beds and Blankets (unused and in original packaging)
  • Pet Footwear including Booties, Boots, and Ballet Flats (unworn)
  • Grooming products (unopened and sealed)
  • Clean & Care products (unopened)
  • Mats and other accessories (in original condition)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened grooming or cleaning products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Used pet footwear (for hygiene purposes)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process – Step by Step

1 Submit Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

3 Package Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

4 Ship Your Return
Ship the package to our Milwaukee facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5 Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your return: 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your financial institution)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) – refunded to the same card
  • PayPal – refunded to your PayPal account

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement product once we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply.

International Returns
