International Shipping
We proudly serve customers worldwide, with the exception of some remote areas and certain parts of Asia. International orders are subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers and their pets, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened grooming or cleaning products (for health and safety reasons)
- Used pet footwear (for hygiene purposes)
- Custom or personalized items
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Return Process – Step by Step
- Submit Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template provided below. - Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. - Package Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. - Ship Your Return
Ship the package to our Milwaukee facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. - Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing Time
- Once we receive your return: 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your financial institution)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
